Purpose
This Workshop is meant to encourage the exchange of ideas and knowledge between various groups of the scientific community concerned by current issues in environmental science, engineering, management and policies.

OTEM 2013 will be organized within the general frame of the international Conference "Advances in Environmental Sciences".

How to apply
At the OTEM Workshop, the participation will be possible based on preliminary registration and an accepted paper (poster or oral presentation).
All accepted papers will be published in the "Termotehnica" journal (BDI).
Selected papers will be published in Journal of Optoelectronics and Advanced Materials (ISI).
